"The market is so crazy right now." You've probably already said that three times this week, and it's true. DaShunda helped us navigate the hottest real estate environment in decades caused by low inventory and high demand. She provided her expert guidance throughout the entire buying process. We learned that your offer is not just about the offering price, but the complete package. DaShunda made sure all the intangibles were there to bolster the appeal of our offer - short escrow timeline, proof of funds, pre-approval, etc. She also advocated for us at every opportunity with the seller.

So now we own two houses. Great, but we can't afford two houses. Time to sell, and quickly. Look, nobody wants to spend money fixing up their home before they sell it, and we certainly didn't either. DaShunda made a strong case for why a modest investment would go a looong way. We took the advice but lowered the budget even more. She knew how to stretch our budget. She helped us find a contractor, she project-managed the entire process (our neighbors said she was there every day). We gave her our keys, our budget, and our trust and were rewarded for it.
